What does it mean to take care of yourself?
Does it mean go to bed early?
Drink lots of water?
Get a spa day?
Surround yourself with amazing people?
Get quiet and listen?
I have tried all of these things at one point or another. But what I am finding is really working for me right now in this ever changing season of life is listening to myself and loving myself.
How do I do that?
In this moment, right now...that looks like being out in nature.
Grounding myself outside and inside.
Taking deep breathes and reconnecting to my heart and soul.
Reading and listening to audibles.
Quieting the outside noise so I can actually hear the inside goodness.
Focusing on my heart and being heart centered.
