I am, at my core, a teacher. After teaching for several years, and being the co-owner of a popular restaurant, I found I was struggling. I couldn't figure out where I was in all of the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Car lines. Sports. And, endless driving, organizing, trying to get everything done.

When I launched the Reawakened Mom podcast, it was because I met so many other women who also felt like they had lost that "thing" that made them individuals.

I strive to speak for these women and provide guiding support and resources.
