What you say to yourself matters!

“I CAN’T BE THE MOM THEY NEED, I FEEL LIKE I’M NEVER DOING ENOUGH”


Do you have a similar dialogue among yourself or some close friends?


What if you decided that in this season of life, you were TRULY doing the best you could.


What if you made this your new mantra: “I’m doing the best I can with the resources I have.”

*Exhale judgment*


You are one person doing the best you can and you wear multiple hats. Your energy and time is a finite resource. The to-do lists are always running long and there will ALWAYS be something that requires your attention.


When you give yourself grace and accept you’re doing your best, you take pressure off yourself.


And guess what? You’re more likely to show up more fully and productive.


Why? Because when we are relaxed or in a state there of, we are more likely to make more effective decisions and choices to support our happiness!
